    Biography

Dr Florentina Simader is a Clinical Research Fellow at the St Mary's Coronary Flow Trust, having joined the programme following her cardiology training in Vienna and a competitive fellowship at University College London. Her work sits at the intersection of advanced cardiac imaging and coronary physiology.

    Research

Dr Simader's current research project investigates the utility of cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR) perfusion imaging as a non-invasive surrogate for invasive coronary flow measurements. She is also involved in a prospective registry examining the prevalence and clinical characteristics of coronary vasospasm in patients referred for invasive physiology assessment.
